Artist Statement:
My heart horse. What a love bug this guy is. When I first met him during my time at the rescue, he had just come off the trailer from an auction. He was battered and broken. bite marks from other horses covered his body. Slowly over time, we worked with him to make him healthy again and the light came back in his eyes. He was patient and kind and loved to have his tummy scratched :) Hank was adopted by a wonderful family in Rhode Island and is loved on every day.
